Tasting from the oenologist:
Dress : Brilliant straw yellow reflections
Nose : Powerful dominated by the minerality of gunflint aromas, mixed with the complexity of menthol and citrus notes such as clementine.
Attack of mouth very structured, composed of nuances of candied lemon zest and jasmine which evolves towards the power of toasted notes. The fat in the middle of the mouth gives us a wine with a silky texture with a powerful finish of great length on the essences of timut pepper
Food and wine pairings:
Fish in sauce or grilled, seafood, charcuterie, cheese, dessert.
Custody and advice:
To taste at 12/13°
